Platoon Commanders, along with their Platoon Chief, stand before their platoon in formation directing them in syncronized drill movements. All of these Platoon Commanders here have the responsibility of ensuring that all cadets in their platoon are working towards promotion, writing recomendations for them, and are also participating in the unit themselves.
