As an introduction to NJROTC, cadets will learn the mandatory customs, courtesy, etiquette, and ceremonies expected of them in the NJROTC Unit. It is important to set foundations within the unit and start of with the right foot by teaching the norms of NJROTC.

Physical Training on Fridays
Part of being in the NJROTC Unit means to stay fit and healthy. We teach and enforce our cadets by doing so through having PT at least once a week. Although PT can only take up a small portion of NJROTC, it still has its impacts, therefore we encourage cadets to exercise everyday and drink plenty of water to keep healthy.
