Joanna Chen
(Company Senior Chief)
My name is Joanna Chen, and I will be your Company Senior Chief for the 2025-2026 school year. I am an NS2, and a Senior Chief Petty Officer. I have been in this school since 7th grade and I am currently a 9th grader. I love meeting every single one of you guys, so don't be shy to come up and say hi to me!
My role in the unit is to take control over advancement and promotion. I am the one who will be training you to learn everything you will need to know to rank up, and even train you in things like Manual of Arms. My job is also to be like the middle person between the cadets and the COC. I want to hear all of your guys' opinions before I act on the group's behalf. I value all of your guys' opinions so don't be afraid to share or talk to me.
I feel as this position matches me the most since I absolutely love collaborating and also meeting new people. I will make sure my department runs as it should, and also make sure the cadets get to know me as a person, and get to learn about me personally. Also making sure that cadets know that they should rank up when the time comes around, and rewarding all of them when done so.
I can't wait to see what we can do this year! I'm so proud of all of you guys for either returning to the unit, or joining as a new cadet.
